This is a wonderful place to stay: Quiet, great breakfast, nice staff, free parking, clean, good service, etc. This is my first visit and I absolutely LOVED IT!!! The landscaping, vegetation selection, and birds are priceless. The rooms are stunning and cozy. The food is more than expected and greatly appreciated! Excellent facility—beautiful surroundings—we love this place! Love staying here—so peaceful and clean. Huge supporter of what your mission/ ideology stands for and you accomplish it extremely well. Exactly as you market yourselves… excellent place. Excellent breakfast buffet, very nice rooms; very pleasant pool/ outside area, extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. Folks,   I had my first stay at Habitat Suites this past Monday. What took me so long!!!! I won't stay anywhere else now when I visit Austin.You walk what others only talk. "  It is not often that I find myself compelled to express my thoughts regarding the customer service and care that I receive when visiting hotels. As a frequent traveler I’m accustomed to receiving the “usual treatment” from hotel staff and I’ve set my expectations accordingly—not the case with your property. From my first interaction with your staff until the very last I was treated with service representing the highest degree of professionalism and hospitality. In short, my expectations were exceeded. On the few occasions that I had a question or concern the staff responded quickly. I was asked questions about my needs before they arose—in the business world we call that preparation. I really enjoyed the happy hour and the healthy breakfast selection. Other hotels could take a page from your play book; they might get a few letters like this one. As for my future visits to Austin, those other hotels won’t see me. My decision has been made—I’ll keep coming back to Habitat Suites. Kudos."
