If you need to cancel a reservation, we ask that you let us know twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid any charges.
The deposit paid on reservations made through habitatsuites.com is fully refunded if you cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you have booked online through a travel website (Priceline, Travelocity, Expedia, etc.), then you will need to contact them in order to cancel.
Example: A reservation for scheduled arrival on October 17th for three nights.
Cancelled on: October 16, before 11pm CST Total Charges: $0.00 (any deposit is refunded)
Cancelled on: October 17, before 11pm CST Total Charges: One Night's Stay (Room and Tax)
During special event times in Austin, we ask that you cancel your reservation two weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid any charges. If a reservation is cancelled more than two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded.
The affected dates for 2011-2012 are as follows:
- March 8-18, 2012
- April 4-7, 2012
- June 6-9, 2012
- October 11-14, 2012
- November 11-20, 2012
The special events cancellation policy affects all reservations that include the dates listed above.
