Summit Room Rental Information
Our Summit Room provides a peaceful, intimate setting for your business meeting of 35 persons or less. Elegantly decorated with wood laminate flooring, local austin photography and natural sunlight filters, and offering complimentary wi-fi, we provide our local patrons in the Austin Community as well as our hotel guests a space to create, produce, converse, relax, or simply enjoy one another's company. Our staff is dedicated to serving you with available customary arrangements to suit your specific needs.
We can arrange tables and chairs for you in a Conference, Theater, Classroom or Banquet style for up to 35 Chairs. Coffee & Water service is available complimentary by request. Though we do not offer our own catering service, bringing in your own outside catering is more than welcome! Guests are expected to perform their own cleanup as a courtesy to our staff and we will provide disposal bins for you.
We offer fundamental audio/visual equipment including non-HD projector, pull-down projector screen, & VGA adaptor cable. We also carry whiteboard.
The Summit Room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis by Reservation. Rentable hours from Monday-Friday are from 9:00am - 10:00pm, and on Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00am - 10:00pm. Our rates typically run $150.00 for 4 hours with a $75.00 minimum.
